Full-Time CSR/Teller Supervisor

Harvest Bank seeks a CSR/Teller Supervisor to work at the Kimball location. The candidate for this position will be primarily responsible for supervising and training tellers; providing customer service and opening accounts; answering customer questions or directing them to the appropriate bank personnel; vault operations; and balancing transactions.
40 hours per week are preferred and the candidate must be able to work 1 to 2 Saturday mornings per month. Competitive hourly rate ranging from $23-$29 per hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities
Staff Management
- Supervise, train and delegate duties to tellers/CSRs.
- First point of contact for questions from tellers/CSRs in Kimball. Aim to personally resolve questions where possible; escalate issues to managers/other staff when needed.
- Ensure tellers are knowledgeable in all areas and maintain proper staffing. Continually seek to develop teller/CSR skills.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and positive attitude; ensure tellers/CSRs exhibit similar professionalism.
- Foster a positive team environment with strong communication/collaboration on teller/CSR team.
- Coordinate work schedule for the teller line.
Process Management
- Maintain familiarity & proficiency with all front line operational processes, rules & regulations. Maintain excellent communication with VP Operations.
- Supervise & ensure accurate completion of front line tasks:
- Ordering and sending out currency. Monitor supply of coin and currency to ensure adequate supply.
- Accurately receive cash & check deposits and withdrawals; accept payments; give out customer balances and printouts; and handle night drop and mail deposits under dual control.
- Handle filling out customer forms. Some may include fraud claims, wires, stop payments and ach transfers.
- Process loan payments, disbursements, and servicing-related transactions.
- Sell money orders, cashier’s checks, visa travel/gift cards, and bank services. Cash bonds.
- Open/close safe deposit box accounts; assist customers with box access; collect rental payments.
- Help manage fraud prevention.
- Oversee some department expenses and assist with payment of invoices.
- Maintain knowledge of loan operations support tasks and perform/supervise completion of these tasks as necessary.
- Balance teller transactions/window to ensure all work has been processed correctly; balance the teller & vault cash to the general ledger.
- Responsible for record retention of data processing reports/forms; coordinate the shredding of records past retention date.
- Coordinate statement preparation for customers; monitor suspicious account activity on customer statements; responsible for follow up on missing or exception items related to statement preparation.
- Help manage operation and servicing of teller equipment and order department supplies.
- Participate in the daily opening and closing procedures of the bank facility.

Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers, whether in person or by phone, in a courteous and pleasant manner; answer their banking questions or direct them to the appropriate bank personnel.
- Open and close accounts.
- Manage difficult customers and customer disputes professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Two years of banking/teller experience is required
- Strong cash handling skills
- Competence with technology
- Possess good listening and communication skills

The Loan Processor is responsible for supporting the lending team by efficiently preparing, reviewing, and processing consumer, commercial, and/or mortgage loan files. This role ensures documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely movement of loans from application through closing. The Loan Processor works closely with loan officers, underwriters, customers, and third-party vendors to deliver a smooth lending experience consistent with the bank’s service standards.

Loan Processing & Documentation
- Collect, review, and validate borrower information and supporting documentation (applications, financial statements, credit reports, income verification, appraisals, title work, etc.).
- Prepare complete, accurate loan files for underwriting and approval.
- Ensure all required disclosures are prepared and delivered within regulatory timeframes.
- Order and track third-party services such as appraisals, flood determinations, lien searches, and verifications.
Compliance & Quality Control
- Verify compliance with federal and state lending regulations (e.g., ECOA, TILA, RESPA, HMDA, BSA/AML).
- Maintain data integrity and proper documentation in loan processing systems.
- Identify and resolve documentation deficiencies before closing.
- Follow bank policies, loan procedures, and risk management guidelines.
Customer & Internal Support
- Serve as a point of contact for borrowers regarding loan status and documentation needs.
- Provide timely updates to loan officers, underwriters, and management.
- Coordinate with closing staff to ensure smooth scheduling and funding.
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the community bank’s mission and values.
Operational Duties
- Maintain organized digital and physical loan files for audits and exams.
- Enter, update, and monitor loan data in the bank’s core and loan origination systems.
- Assist with post-closing reviews and file corrections when needed.
- Support special projects and cross-training within lending operations.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of loan processing or lending support experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Understanding of lending documentation and regulatory requirements preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and customer service orientation.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office technology.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a team-focused environment.
- Standard office environment with routine computer use.
- Occasional overtime may be required during peak loan activity periods.
